Easy Management of Documents and Contracts within Contacts

With this feature, users can easily manage and store contracts, documents, and other important information within contacts. This helps to ensure that important information is not lost and is easily accessible when needed.

  • Documents and Contracts can now be found under Contacts in the document management section

  • This will list documents associated with the contact regardless of whether it was a primary or secondary recipient.

  • Sent and completed documents will be listed here.

  • A PDF file can be downloaded, the source of a document can be viewed, and the link can be copied in case a document is sent.

How to Use

  • Navigate to a contact.

  • Select the Document Management icon.

  • On the All tab, you can view the status of all documents. You'll also be able to download, view the source in the editor, and copy the link when sending documents.

  • Organize all documents in a folder within Sent Tab.
