Chat Widget - Send your Leads to Whatsapp Chat

Using WhatsApp for lead communication offers several advantages, including real-time interaction, which allows for immediate responses and engagement. It also provides a familiar and user-friendly platform for both businesses and customers, enhancing the overall communication experience. Additionally, WhatsApp's multimedia capabilities enable the sharing of images, videos, and documents, enriching the conversation and providing more context.

How to Enable WhatsApp Chat Widget

1. Go to Sites > Chat Widget

2. Go to the Chat Widget, navigate to Chat type and select the option of WhatsApp Chat

Please Note:

If the WhatsApp number is not configured, they redirect to setting to add the WhatsApp number.

3. With the WhatsApp chat option, go to widget window to do the customization of text, colors, branding and forms with email/phone. With WhatsApp chat type, it will use the WhatsApp colors in shades of green and user can configure their own colors.

4. Once the setup is done, the last part is to select the WhatsApp number. This is the number to which the message from the user will be redirected to when the chat is initiated.

5. Once the setup is done, click the "Save" button.
