Reengaged --> Resubscribe

Resubscribe automation plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication within the workflow. By disabling the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) status, it allows important updates and notifications to reach team members promptly. This helps maintain productivity and ensures that no critical information is missed.

Go to "Automation" > "Contact and List Management" > "4.02 Unsubscribe/Bounced/Complained --> Set Channel DNDs"

It is essential for workflow efficiency to automate the re-engagement of users who have previously opted out of communications. By disabling Do Not Disturb (DND) settings in a controlled manner, it enhances the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
