Invoices & Estimates: Now available in Opportunities

This feature allows users to seamlessly create and manage invoices and estimates directly within the Opportunities module. It streamlines the sales process by keeping all financial documents organized and easily accessible in one place. This integration reduces the need for manual data entry and minimizes errors, ultimately saving time and improving efficiency.

What's New

  • You now have a dedicated Payments tab within Opportunities.

  • Access to sending estimates and invoices from an opportunity

  • Access to accessing invoices, estimates, transactions linked to that opportunity within the section.

  • Redirection to estimate/invoice with contact details pre-populated and once sent, the user gets redirected back to the specific Opportunity.

How to Use

  • Go to Opportunities > Open a particular opportunity > Go to Payments Tab.

  • Click on Actions > Create Estimate/Invoice.

  • User will be redirected to the Invoice or Estimate page with contact details pre-populated.

  • Once user clicks on send > The user will then be redirected back to the same opportunity.

  • Once back to the opportunity > They get access to viewing the transactions in all types. Additionally, you can filter the type to be an invoice and then get access to the redirection button to see all invoices.

  • To take steps to complete the journey from sale to payment collected from within an opportunity

  • Easily let users navigate payments while they are tracking an opportunity
