Navigate to Automations > Workflow.
Create or open an existing workflow.
From the Sending Mode dropdown choose an option from send directly or create in draft and voila you are done.
Whenever this workflow will be triggered, a draft estimate will be added into the draft section of Estimates.
This feature is especially useful for teams that require an approval or revision process before sharing the estimate with clients. Drafted estimates are not sent to customers and can be reviewed, edited, and finalized later — giving your team greater control and flexibility.
