Pause & Edit Support for All Campaign Types + Enhanced Audit Logs

This feature allows for complete control over email campaigns, enabling users to pause, edit, and resume them while keeping track of every action via detailed audit logs.

What's New

You can now pause, edit, and resume any email campaign — including A/B tests, RSS, and Send Now.
Audit logs capture: Campaign Scheduled, Paused, Content Updated, Resumed, Cancelled

Benefits:

Reduce errors before sending to all recipients
Gain better control over live campaigns
Ensure transparency with detailed activity logs

How to use it:

Go to Marketing > Email Marketing

Find the running campaign and click on the⋮(three dots)menu Select Pause / Update Email Content.

Check audit logs section for log capture.
