Role-Based Visibility: Only show what matters—choose which roles can view or manage Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes.
Centralized Management: Permissions are easily configurable in the My Staff > Edit or Manage Team > Roles & Permissions section.
Granular Control: Turn each module ON/OFF and assign view/manage rights individually.
Cleaner UI: Users will only see tools relevant to their role, reducing interface clutter and improving focus.
Navigate to Settings > My Staff.
Select the team member you wish to edit.
Toggle access to Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, or QR Codes.
Check/uncheck "View & manage" boxes to define access level.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Now, each user’s dashboard will adapt dynamically based on what the admin has enabled—no more all-or-nothing access.
These permissions work in conjunction with existing role-based access controls.
Admins can still use the “Copy Permission” feature to quickly replicate setups across users.
