Wait Time in Recurring Timer

How to Use It

1. Navigate to Marketing > Countdown Timers

2. Create a Recurring Timer and configure your settings.

3. Set the Wait Time Duration between cycles.

4. Optionally enable “Hide Timer in Wait State” for funnels.

5. Save and use in Funnels and Emails.

Note

During Wait Time:

Email:

• Timer shows zero state.

• Clicking the email link redirects to Expiry Page.

Funnels:

• Timer can be hidden during wait (if enabled).

• If the timer transitions from Active > Wait in the same session, user stays on page (no auto-redirect).
