Topline OS accounts can set a default currency at the account level. New invoices, products, POS sales, quotes, and subscriptions will pre-fill with that currency. Change it anytime; existing items keep their original currency.

Set your default before importing products to keep catalogs consistent.
You can typically override currency on a new invoice before adding items—decide your team’s standard and document exceptions.
Make sure your payment processor supports the currency you select.
Keep tax and rounding rules in mind—some currencies don’t use minor units.
Does changing the default update existing invoices or subscriptions?
No. It applies to new items going forward; existing ones keep their original currency.
Can I use multiple currencies?
Yes, per item you create (e.g., per invoice or product). The default is just the starting point.
What if my processor doesn’t support my chosen currency?
You may be unable to collect payments. Pick a supported currency or update your processor setup.
Will reports convert currencies automatically?
Reports show amounts in their recorded currency. Mixed-currency totals may not auto-convert.
