Step 1
Open Communities and Login the Group where you want to send a newsletter. Go to Newsletters and click Create newsletter.
Step 2
Write the subject and content. Add links, images, and a primary CTA. Preview on desktop and mobile. Pick Send now or Schedule for later, then confirm and monitor delivery and engagement.
Who receives a Community newsletter?
Members of the selected Group or segment you choose during setup.
Can I schedule newsletters?
Yes. Choose a future date and time with the scheduler.
Can I reuse a template?
Yes. Save your layout or duplicate a past newsletter and edit.
Where do I see results?
Open the newsletter details to view status, opens, clicks, and link performance.
Can members unsubscribe?
