Open Automations → Workflows and create or edit a workflow. Add or open a Send Email action and click Choose template or Start from scratch. Edit subject, from/sender profile, reply-to, and body content. Insert merge fields and optional conditional blocks.

Enable link tracking and add UTM parameters if needed. Confirm your unsubscribe/footer is present.

Do unsubscribed or bounced contacts get emails?
No. They’re automatically suppressed. The review panel shows suppression categories.
Can I use my existing email templates?
Yes. Select from your template library or recent templates within the action.
Can I set different sender profiles per action?
Yes. Choose a verified sender and reply-to for each Send Email step.
Does this support conditional content?
Yes. Show/hide blocks based on fields, tags, or conditions supported by the editor.
How do I schedule when a workflow email sends?
Use Delays/Waits and Send windows in the workflow around the email action; the email itself sends immediately when its turn is reached.
Will brand colors and footers carry over?
If your template uses brand tokens/kit, they’ll apply automatically.
Can I see broken links or missing fields before publish?
Yes. Pre-send checks flag broken links, oversized images, missing subject, and missing unsubscribe/footer; merge fields can use fallbacks.
