How to Customize Your Dashboard

Learn how to customize your dashboard efficiently with Topline. From accessing widgets to configuring settings, this guide will walk you through the process seamlessly.

Go to app.topline.com

1. Click "Dashboard"

Access to the dashboard feature on the left side menu.

Click 'Dashboard'

2. Click Icon

Click the icon located on the upper left side.

Click Icon

3. Select Dashboard

Search for the dashboard you want to customize.

4. Click Edit

Click on the edit icon located on the upper right corner of the view.

Click Edit

5. Move Widgets

Click on the 6 dots icon located on the widgets to change their location on the dashboard.

6. Click "Add Widget"

Select this option to add new widgets to the dashboard.

Click 'Add Widget'

7. Numeric Widget

Select this option if you want to add a numeric widget.

8. Donut Widget

Select this option if you want to add a donut widget.

9. Line Widget

Select this option if you want to add a line widget.

10. Bar Widget

Select this option if you want to add a bar widget.

11. Horizontal Bar Widget

Select this option if you want to add a horizontal bar widget.

12. Category Widget

Select this option if you want to add a widget based on its category.

13. Choose Category

Select your widget category from the options. It can be according to contacts, appointments, opportunities, calls, conversations, and general information.

14. Click "Objects"

Select this option to add embed codes.

Click 'Objects'

15. Select "Embed"

This option allows you to embed external content into the dashboard.

16. Add External Content

Add a title, type and the information needed to add the embed code.

17. Click Three Dots

Click on the three dots icon to visualize more options.

18. Select Option

Choose an option from the dropdown menu, it can be clone, duplicate, set as default, manage permissions, or delete the dashboard.

19. Click "Save Changes"

Save the recent modifications by clicking on the save changes option.
