Please note that the SMTP credentials are unique for each domain you add. If you want to check the list of currently added users, or add more users, you can easily do so by accessing your domain settings.
In the realm of Employee Training, understanding where to locate SMTP credentials is crucial. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to find your SMTP credentials in Topline, ensuring a seamless process.
Navigate to the Settings section on the left side menu.
Access the Email Services tab located on the settings menu.
Select the Add Service button to continue with the process.
Configure your SMTP provider like Outlook, Gsuite, Sendgrid, etc.
Choose the provider from the options.
Add the information related to email and password, then click on the Save button.
Please note that only a maximum of five SMTP credentials can be created for a dedicated domain.
SMTP Settings
Our servers listen on ports 25, 465 (SSL/TLS), 587 (STARTTLS), and 2525.
Go to Settings > Email Services > Dedicated Domains
Add new password and click reset password to save.
To Delete the SMTP credential, kindly tick the 3 dot icon and click the "Delete" button located in the pop-up modal.
We charge $0.675/1000 emails for all the plans at a lower cost than most major SMTP providers compared to $0.80/1000 with MailGun.

All incoming and outgoing emails (To, CC, and BCC) will be charged.
IMAP is used to retrieve messages, and SMTP is for sending data.
You can find your IMAP in your email provider settings.

If you are using Google, you need to generate an app password in Google,
