How to Install Chat Widget in your CRM

This guide will walk you through installing a Chat Widget in your CRM system. From selecting the Chat Widget option to integrating the code via Google Tag Manager or manual code, follow the steps outlined below to set up the widget seamlessly.

Go to app.topline.com

1. Click "Marketing"

Navigate to the Marketing section on the left side menu.

Click 'Marketing'

2. Click "Chat Widget"

Select the Chat Widget option on the Marketing Tools pop up menu.

Click 'Chat Widget'

3. Click "Get it for Wordpress"

Choose this option for WordPress integration.

Click 'Get it for Wordpress'

4. Click "Get Code"

Click on the "Get Code" button located on the upper right corner.

Click 'Get Code'

5. Body Code

This is the code you need to paste on your website.

Body Code

6. Click "Copy Code"

Click on the Copy Code option, and the code will automatically be copied.

Click 'Copy Code'
