How to Use Trigger Links in SMS

This guide will walk you through the process of utilizing Trigger Links in SMS within the Topline application.

1. Navigate to "Conversations"

Navigate to 'Conversations'

2. Select a Message

3. Click Icon to Access Trigger Links

To access the list of trigger links, click on the "+" sign.

4. Click "Trigger Links"

Click 'Trigger Links'

5. Select Trigger

Select the trigger link you want to include in your message.

Click 'Main Booking Calendar'

6. Click "Send" once Link is Ready to Deliver

Once the message is sent, the trigger link's custom value will be replaced by an actual link.

Reminder: Keep in mind that trigger links should not be used as short links.
