How to Add Flex Credits

Go to app.topline.com

1. Click "Flex"

Select the "Flex" option on the left side menu.

2. Click "Buy More Credits"

Select this option to buy more flex credits.

3. Topline Credits

A pop-up window will appear where you can select the type of credits to add.

4. Click "Flex Credit"

Select the option Flex Credit to add flex credits.

5. Click "Credit amount"

Navigate to the credit amount section and type the amount of butler credits you want to add.

6. Select Payment Method

Select the payment method you want to use to add the flex credits.

7. Check for Recurring Purchase

Check the box to make the payment as a recurring purchase.

8. Click "Continue"

To continue with the payment process click on Continue.

9. Add Payment Information

Add your email, full name and look for your bank account.

10. Select Bank Account

Look for your bank account using the search bar, then click on it.

11. Start Stripe Connection

Our system uses Stripe to connect bank accounts. Continue with the process by clicking Agree and Continue.

12. Select Payment Method

To add credits with a credit card, select the card option from the dropdown.

13. Click "Continue"

Once you have selected the payment method, click on Continue.

14. Click "+ Add Card"

Select the add card option to add a the card information.

15. Add Card

Add the payment card information in the right fields.
