Revamped Contact Restore App

In this update, we introduce a new federated app within CRM-frontend called contact-restore, replacing the previous contact restore module. We have redesigned the interface to provide a better user experience.

Go to app.topline.com

1. Click "Contacts"

To restore multiple phone numbers, navigate to the Contacts section.

Click 'Contacts'

2. Click "Restore"

Click on Restore in the tabs on the top.

Click 'Restore'

3. Restore contact

The process will initiate when you click the restore icon.

4. Click "Confirm"

Once the restore request has been completed, click on confirm to continue.

5. Contacts Restored Successfully

As soon as the restore process is complete, a message will appear confirming the success.

6. Tick the box

You can also select multiple contacts to restore by checking the box.

7. Click "Restore"

By clicking the restore button, you can initiate another restore process.

Click 'Restore'

8. Click "Confirm"

In order to proceed, click on confirm after you've selected the contacts.

Click 'Confirm'

9. Contacts Restored Successfully

This will restore all the contacts as well as their opportunities, conversations, notes, tasks, appointments, and manual actions.

  • Conversations

  • Campaigns/Workflows
