Allow Duplicate Contact Explained

Allow duplicate contacts only applies to contacts from Zapier or other forms. The CSV contact upload won't allow us to create two contacts with the same email address or phone number. By default, we create contacts and merge them based on the phone number or email address of the contact when importing contacts.

1. Click "Settings"

Go the Settings option on the lower left side Menu.

Click 'Settings'

2. Click "Business Profile"

Access Business Profile on the left side features menu.
