Lead Profile Picture Explained

A lead profile picture plays a crucial role in personal branding as it is often the first impression that others have of you. It can convey your professionalism, personality, and personal style, allowing others to quickly assess your credibility and suitability for various opportunities. Therefore, it is essential to choose a lead profile picture that accurately represents your personal brand and aligns with your professional goals.

Note:

An existing contact's profile picture cannot be changed or updated. In order to upload a profile picture, you will need to create a new contact and merge it to an existing contact.

You must create a new contact in order to upload a profile picture.

Choose a profile picture, upload it, and save your changes.

To update the profile picture, select the contact you wish to merge.

Tick the encircled icon next to the Master Record you wish to merge and the profile photo you wish to add.

Type "CONFIRM" and click resolve to save the changes.

A new profile picture has been added to the contact.
