Outbound Calls / Softphone - How It Works

Softphones allow users to make calls over the internet, eliminating the need for traditional phone lines. This can significantly reduce costs, especially for long-distance or international calls. Additionally, softphones often come with advanced features like call recording, integration with CRM systems, and the ability to work from anywhere, enhancing both efficiency and flexibility for businesses.
