Messaging Compliance - Opt-Out and Error Rate

We are introducing the ability for agencies to lift temporary messaging restrictions for sub-accounts and providing clearer visibility into restrictions due to breaching opt-out/error rate thresholds. This feature aims to reduce operational delays and improve user awareness of messaging restrictions.

What’s New

Notification Banners informing users when a sub-account has been temporarily restricted from sending messages due to exceeding error rate and/or opt-out rate thresholds. The "You are now A2P 10DLC compliant" banner in the Phone Numbers section has been replaced with an informative banner that displays restriction statuses.
