Call Status Marking Calls As Completed When the Client Didn't Answer the Call

Accurate call status tracking is crucial for maintaining the integrity of client communication records. It ensures that follow-ups are scheduled appropriately and that no potential client is overlooked. Moreover, it helps in analyzing call performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Update: We can enable Call Connect feature to get more accurate results instead of relying on a shorter call timeout

Go "Settings" > "Manage Numbers" > click the 3 dot icon > "Edit Configuration"

Tick the box to "Enable Call connect Feature" and "Whisper Message".

Please Note:

To ensure more accurate call reporting, this feature mandates the receiver to press a key to establish the connection for the call.
